AB Lake Construction is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. Efficient, trustworthy, timely, practical, top quality, and many more. It is very rare that one finds a company with all the qualities when hiring a GC. I’ve heard the horror stories, I’ve live the horror stories, but not this time. We did a major renovation on our house, 2 new bathrooms, overhauled the master bedroom added walk in closet and put a deck off the master bedroom. His workers take incredible care to detail and cleanliness. Kyle the owner is accessible and if his phone went to voicemail I heard from shortly after with or without me leaving a message. I can’t say enough great things about A.B Lake Construction! From start to finish, they made the entire process of adding an extension to my home smooth and stress-free. The project was completed in a timely manner, and every worker on site was friendly, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. What really stood out to me was how comfortable they made me feel throughout the entire process. They were always open to questions and took the time to explain everything clearly, so I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. They also handled all the coordination with inspectors seamlessly, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The final result exceeded my expectations—I absolutely love the finished product.
