In this kitchen update and extension in East Hills, we created a cooking and dining experience for the whole family to enjoy. The mid-sized, traditional kitchen, which includes a breakfast nook and center island, has custom-raised panel cabinets, built-in bench seating and glass countertops.
For this project, we demolished and recreated a powder room with an intimate atmosphere. The vanity, which was originally all-mirrored, was replaced with glass tile and wall paper. A new vanity and appliances were added to complete the room.

Inside a Jericho house, we created a stunning, modern kitchen with quartz countertops, custom cabinets, a glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. In this Jericho home, we created one large open living space by removing a wall between the kitchen and the dining room. The new room is now highlighted by select oak flooring. Through the newly installed Anderson sliding patio door, guests can enjoy a clear view of the home’s trex deck and railing.
A.B. Lake Construction performed the building renovation of Catnip and Carrots, a veterinary hospital in New Hyde Park. In this project, which included a total gutting of the existing building, we installed all new interior walls and drop ceilings as well as commercial vinyl and ceramic tile flooring. The building’s exterior is finished with cement stucco.

We created a modern, transitional mudroom for this Sands Point home to increase its functional space. The mudroom, which has porcelain tiled floors, features plenty of hooks for hanging jackets and shelves for storing shoes to keep the place tidy.
